1. Acknowledgment of Risks
I understand that participation in martial arts, boxing, fitness training, conditioning, sparring, drills, and all related activities at Prey Boxing involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to:

Physical injury (bruises, sprains, strains, fractures, cuts, concussions, etc.)

Contact injuries from training partners, equipment, or the training environment

Accidents or injuries caused by my own actions or the actions of others

Health risks related to intense physical exertion
I acknowledge that these risks cannot be completely eliminated, even with proper supervision and training.
2. Voluntary Participation
I confirm that my participation at Prey Boxing is voluntary. I certify that I am physically capable of participating and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely taking part in these activities. I agree to notify instructors of any health concerns prior to training.
3. Assumption of Risk
By signing this waiver, I knowingly and freely assume all risks associated with training at Prey Boxing, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.
4. Release of Liability
I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Prey Boxing, its owners, instructors, employees, volunteers, representatives, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from:
This release applies even if such injury or damage results from negligence, except in cases where the law does not permit such a waiver.
5. Safety Rules & Responsibilities

Follow all gym rules and instructor directions

Use protective equipment as required

Train with control, respect, and awareness of others

Immediately report any unsafe conditions or injuries
Failure to follow rules may result in removal from class or termination of membership.
6. Medical Treatment Authorization
In case of injury, I authorize Prey Boxing staff to arrange emergency medical treatment if necessary. I understand I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
7. Media Release (Optional)
I grant permission for Prey Boxing to use photos or videos of me taken during training for promotional purposes.
